It's simple. We're based in the United States and only ship to the U.S. However some items may ship from other countries. We love everyone, but we don't have the staffing or resources to support an international business model at this time. Shipping times vary by product, but usually items will arrive between 7-14 business days. Shipping prices and times vary by product and may be delayed due to Covid-19 and corresponding the restrictions placed on the supply chain. Some products are printed and shipped by a third party, while others are fulfilled directly by us. The items fulfilled by a third party, may take longer to arrive. Several items ship separately, so if you're missing part of your order, just give it a few days, then reach out to us.
We are not currently accepting returns or exchanges. If we messed up on something, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Some orders may be cancelled if not fulfilled yet. Times vary on fulfillment and are automated, therefore cancellation cannot be guaranteed if requested. Please contact us if you'd like to attempt to cancel your order.
All of the products are designed in Dallas, Texas and usually printed or made in the USA. Manufacturing locations vary by product, but we're working toward a goal of our products being 100% made in America.
